At Studentaanhuis, I provided various types of ICT support. This support took place at clients’ homes, where I helped everyday users with issues related to their ICT equipment. Most of the time, the problems involved printers or desktop/laptop computers.

One time, I had to install an update on an old version of Linux Ubuntu. During the installation, the PC crashed. Luckily, I didn’t lose any files, but I had to manually code every part of the update to get it working again.

At Merem, I gave courses about a new EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system to employees. These courses were held in a classroom setting, where I gave a short presentation followed by two hours of hands-on support, during which I answered questions from the attendees.

After the courses, I became a floorwalker on the hospital wards. This meant that employees could approach me directly with real-time questions whenever they encountered difficulties using the system.
