Hi, I'm Jordy 👋🏻

I am a student at Amsterdam's university of applied sciences studying computer science with the direction of game development. I have made a few games you can play on my website or on my itch.io page. Most of my games are made with C# but I have also made a few games with JavaScript using the P5 library.

I am also a data scientist and have made a few projects using Python. I've made a few projects using the Pandas library and the Scikit-learn library. You can also find these projects on my website or my Github page.

I am a terrarium enthusiast and have made a few terrariums for my poison dart frogs. Currently trying to let them breed so I can use my smaller terrariums for the offspring. For some updates on the progress of my terrarium builds or breeding progress you can check out my blog posts .

    ICT Support

    At Studentaanhuis, I provided various types of ICT support. This support took place at clients’ homes, where I helped everyday users with issues related to their ICT equipment. Most of the time, the problems involved printers or desktop/laptop computers.

    One time, I had to install an update on an old version of Linux Ubuntu. During the installation, the PC crashed. Luckily, I didn’t lose any files, but I had to manually code every part of the update to get it working again.

    EPD(EMR) Support Staff

    At Merem, I gave courses about a new EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system to employees. These courses were held in a classroom setting, where I gave a short presentation followed by two hours of hands-on support, during which I answered questions from the attendees.

    After the courses, I became a floorwalker on the hospital wards. This meant that employees could approach me directly with real-time questions whenever they encountered difficulties using the system.
